- For 'standard' use, plan a 3-week course in spring before putting the horse out to pasture, and a 3-week course in late autumn before putting the horse back in its stall.
- For sport horses, plan a course of 2 weeks before exercise and one week afterwards.
- If you use a chemical dewormer, allow 1 week for the treatment after each deworming.
- After a medicinal treatment (antibiotic, piroplasmicide, anti-inflammatory, etc.), plan a 3-week course of treatment.
- As far as Equi TAO-XIAO is concerned, no adverse effects or incompatibility with other products have been reported to date.
