Shipping of items is possible. Up to 21 kg (packaging material included), we ship by Collissimo or Mondial Relay.

Beyond 21 kilos, please contact us for delivery. This delivery is within our 60km area, if not contact us and we will try to find a solution.

Costs

Our products arrive as fresh as possible. Products are delivered every 3 months. You can place your order before the order deadline. This can be done via the mail equinenaturelle@gmail.com or via the online store.

Of course, you can also order in the webshop outside the "order date". Please contact us in advance to check if the product you want is in stock.

When do you order with the order tour?

- when you need large quantities of 20 kg bags

-If you live far away, it is convenient to have food for 3 months. 

-When you don't want to "play" on my stock, which is also replenished 1x per 3 months.

Remove your order

As soon as the order has been received, you will receive a message from us by mail or telephone. The withdrawal of your order from us in 47210 Montaut is possible (almost) every day by appointment.

Delivery is possible, please ask for the possibilities and routes. You can pick up your order from me, but also in Périgueux, Mussidan, Villeneuve sur Lot, Bergerac, Trentels, Villefranche du Périgord or another city of your choice, but in a radius of 60 km or contact me to find another solution.

Ship your order

For shipping we use "used" packaging material, this packaging is of course in good condition so that your order is delivered to you correctly.

Orders are shipped throughout France.

Stock

Of course, we have products in stock (also replenished every 3 months), for new and existing customers. The stock is not infinite, because the products are made fresh (and according to the season).

If you wish to order a product that is not in stock, you can of course order it via the normal ordering procedure.

In the shop

It is possible to come on Monday afternoon, Tuesday afternoon, Thursday afternoon or Saturday morning or by appointment) for supplements and care products and of course accompanying advice if you wish it !
