Resting horses: 100-200 g per 100 kg bodyweight per day, supplemented with the same amount of Pre-Active or Natural base.

The amount of feed should be adjusted according to the season, age and daily energy requirements of your horse or pony.

    Special recommendations:

Pour 1 part feed into 1 part water and leave to soak for 15 minutes before feeding. This avoids the risk of oesophageal obstruction in horses that do not chew their food sufficiently, in those with poor dentition and in those that eat their food too quickly, resulting in insufficient salivation. If the feed is wet, the stems and leaf parts absorb water again, which also increases the palatability of the feed.

If you want to make a real soup, you can mix 1 part food with 2 to 3 parts water.

Always have plenty of drinking water available where you feed your animals.
