Excellent Horses Handkerchief Mat
The Excellent Horses mat is designed to challenge horses and ponies! This rug stimulates horses' natural foraging behaviour, as they have to make an effort to eat all the treats on the mat. Ideal for fighting boredom or rewarding horses in a playful way. The mat is made from soft silicone, so it's also suitable for horses with sensitive noses.
Use
Place the mat on a flat surface (e.g. in the stable, trailer or paddock) and fill it with treats such as roughage, pellets, muesli or pieces of fruit or vegetables. After use, the mat can be easily hung up (e.g. with a carabiner), thanks to the hole in the corner, to be rinsed and dried in the open air.
