Gut Restart is used to improve digestive function in the gut through detoxification. Toxins in the gut can be caused by undigested food that remains in the gut, rots and ferments.
The digestive process is slowed down and these foods remain in the intestine for longer. In Ayurveda, this principle is known as AAM DOSH.
