Facilitates protein digestion

This mix is essential for horses fed grasses that are very rich in protein and fructans. Such horses are constantly prone to digestive problems and often suffer from diarrhoea, anal discharge, colic and laminitis. Fresh spring grass is a dangerous ordeal for the intestines. The same applies to hay from species-poor meadows, the main feed in winter. A swollen belly is a sign of disturbed intestinal flora. Horses that bend badly to the right often have a disturbed or irritated appendix. They also dislike being touched and cleaned there. Herbs from East Prussia offer suitable help. The bitter, spicy herbs support the intestinal flora and help the digestion of energy- and protein-rich grass and hay. They promote the secretion of digestive juices and stimulate the pancreas. The intestinal flora is thus able to renew itself and the appendix is relieved.
