Unless otherwise advised by your vet or therapist, administer twice daily:

Horse: 10–15 drops

Dog: 5–10 drops

Cat: 2–5 drops

If, in practice, it is difficult to administer this product several times a day, once a day or once every two days is sufficient. In that case, give the maximum daily dose. Even so, this product remains effective, but the response may take a little longer.

If there is an improvement, you can switch to a maintenance dose. This is usually half the dose stated on the packaging. When administering this product, observe the animal’s reaction closely. Initially, a higher dose may be necessary; this product can be safely administered as a double dose. Gradually reduce the dose as the condition improves until the lowest possible dose is reached.

With certain dilutions and extracts, a temporary worsening of symptoms may occur at the start of treatment. This indicates that the animal is responding to the product. If symptoms worsen significantly, halve the dose or stop treatment temporarily, then gradually reintroduce it. 

Administration

Administer this product directly into the mouth using a plastic syringe, diluted with a little water if necessary. It is best not to administer it at the same time as a meal, as the product works best when absorbed through clean oral mucosa. If an animal does not like the taste of the product, the drops can be administered on a small piece of a treat.

Duration of treatment

In acute cases, the duration of treatment is relatively short. This can vary from a few days to 3 weeks. Continue administering this product for a few more days if the condition improves. In cases of prolonged discomfort, the effect is usually noticeable after 1 to 3 weeks. This product can be administered on a long-term basis. It is advisable to take a one-week break every 6 to 8 weeks. After the one-week break, the ‘stimulus’ can be offered again. Resume treatment immediately if necessary.
