Psyllium regulates the water content of faeces, allowing regular, supple intestinal transit.

- Helps eliminate sand and earth from the intestines.

  • Raw material for horse feed: Psyllium husk fibre (Plantago Ovata) Quality suitable for human consumption. *Plants from Organic Farming, certified by FR-BIO-01.

    Analytical constituents: Crude fibre: 3.60 %, Crude protein: 3.00 %, Crude fat: 0.70 %, Crude ash: 3.20 %.

    • Horse: 2 times a day 60 g (2 x 3 measuring spoons) after soaking for 15 minutes in water or dry.
    • - Ponies: twice a day 30 g (2 x 1 1/2 measuring spoons) after soaking for 15 minutes in water or dry.
    • - Sand colic: after soaking for 15 minutes in water for 10 to 15 days in a row.
    • - To prevent sand colic: 5 to 7 days in a row per month will help eliminate sand and dirt that may have accumulated in the hindgut. This is particularly important if your horse is on a very small paddock or paddocked on a sandy surface.
    • Dogs/cats: In the event of diarrhoea, Psyllium should be given with very little water. In the event of constipation, give with plenty of water. Psyllium should swell in water for at least 30 minutes.
    • Dogs up to 10 kg: 1/2 - 2 teaspoons
    • Dogs over 20 kg: 2 teaspoons - 1 tablespoon
    • Cats: 1/2 teaspoon
    • Close tightly after use/Store in a cool, dry place. Respect a 2-hour interval between taking Psyllium and any other product/supplement/medication.
    • Raw material for horse feed. Close tightly after use - Keep out of reach of children - Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
