  • Dosage

    1 to 2 times a day

Lightly spray or blot affected areas. If improvement is stable, reduce to once a day or every other day until the spots have healed and the horse is no longer itchy.

    Shake well before use!

If, in practice, it is difficult to administer this product several times a day, once a day or once every two days will suffice. The maximum dose for one day should then be administered. Even in this case, this product can be used effectively, but the reaction may take a little longer.

If the reaction improves, you can switch to a maintenance dose. This is usually half the dose indicated on the pack.

    Method of administration

Spray the lotion preferably in the morning and/or evening at nightfall, when mosquitoes are most active. If the horse is afraid of the spray, apply the lotion with a sponge. The lotion is absorbed naturally and does not need to be massaged in (also suitable for dogs and cats). Caution: PUUR SME lotion may stain clothing).

    Duration of treatment

In an acute situation, the duration of treatment is relatively short. It can vary from a few days to 3 weeks. If the condition improves, the product should be continued for a few more days or, for example, administered only once a day instead of twice. Again, this depends on the weather and the intensity of the mosquitoes.

This product can be administered continuously.

    Interactions and contraindications

During gestation and lactation, the product should always be applied in consultation with the attending veterinary surgeon.

To date, no side effects of this product are known or have been reported.

    Storage

Avoid direct sunlight and keep this product in a dry place at a temperature of between 5 and 20°C. Keep out of the reach of children. The expiry date is shown on the label.
