Is your pet tense, restless, or easily distracted? PUUR Tranquil helps them relax and makes them more receptive during training.
PUUR | Tranquil 500g
PUUR Tranquil is the ideal remedy during times of anxiety or stress. It is suitable for animals that need relaxation and calm over an extended period.
Your dog has just arrived in the Netherlands after living abroad and is having trouble settling down. He sleeps little, is irritable, and is therefore difficult to train. Or: your cat is having a hard time adjusting to changes in the family and, to everyone’s frustration, has started to relieve itself indoors. And: during a stressful competition season, your horse is struggling to stay calm and focused. It’s tense, which prevents you from reaching the level you’d like.
The examples above illustrate situations where PUUR Tranquil can be used.
PUUR Tranquil helps animals that need relaxation and calm over an extended period, helps manage excessively restless behavior, acts as a preventative measure during life changes such as a move, and serves as a natural calming aid during the New Year’s season to address anxiety caused by fireworks. To help your pet cope with stressful, agitated, or changing situations, (behavioral) training is also important. Thanks to the addition of L-tryptophan, PUUR Tranquil promotes concentration, which facilitates training.
PUUR Tranquil is made from natural ingredients and, unlike some chemical products, has no soporific or sedative effect.

Dosage
1 to 2 times a day:
Horse: 1 measuring spoon
Pony: ¾ measuring spoon
1 measuring spoon contains approximately 4 grams.
If it proves difficult in practice to administer PUUR Tranquil several times a day, one dose per day or every other day is sufficient. In that case, give the maximum daily dose. This product remains effective in this case, but the effect may take a little longer to manifest.
If there is improvement, you can switch to a maintenance dose. This is generally half the dose indicated on the package. When administering this product, closely monitor the animal’s reaction. Initially, a higher dose may be necessary; this product can be safely administered at double the dose. If there is improvement, gradually reduce the dose to the lowest possible dose.
Administration
PUUR Tranquil / Rust can be administered in food. Since this powder contains herbs, it is recommended to start with a small amount to allow the animal to get used to the taste. Moisten the powder so that it is not blown out of the bowl.
Duration of Treatment
Always ensure you provide high-quality food and adapt the conditions to your pet’s needs.
In the case of a temporary (stressful) situation, the duration of treatment is relatively short. It is best to start one week in advance. After the symptoms have disappeared or at the end of the period of agitation, continue administering this product for a few more days.
In an acute situation, the treatment duration is relatively short. It can range from a few days to 3 weeks. If there is improvement, continue administering this product for a few more days. In cases of prolonged discomfort, the effect is generally visible after 1 to 3 weeks.
PUUR Tranquil can be administered continuously. It is recommended to take a one-week break every 6 to 8 weeks. After the break, the “stimulus” can be reintroduced. Resume treatment immediately if necessary.
Each animal reacts differently to the recommended dosage. The dosage must be adjusted precisely; closely observe the animal’s behavior. If results are insufficient, gradually increase the dosage. Once the desired behavior is achieved, you can seek a maintenance dosage by gradually reducing the dose to approximately half of the indicated daily dosage.
